Hello!

I created the Cristina X Nicole Project to bring together people who are passionate about mental health advocacy. As someone who has personally experienced mental health struggles, while seeing mental health illness affect close family members, it has invoked a newfound passion for these existing issues that may be less stigmatized from twenty years ago, but still lack the communication of what it actually is and how much it affects people. Suicide is one of the leading cause of death in the United States, even though there have been years of attempts to prevent these events from happening. My goal is to have a space where you can feel included, safe, and seen when talking about your struggles. Life is not always pretty, it isn’t always sunshine and rainbows. The Cristina X Nicole is here to make it a bit more pretty, a bit more brighter, and help bring some smiles onto your face. Make new friends, learn new things, and leave with a new mindset towards these issues. Help us share our mission by reaching more people and educating them about these topics. You matter, you are enough.
